Jim Lucas loves to learn and step outside his comfort zone. He left the security of an NHS job in 2011 to set up his own private practice. As as well as being an experienced CBT Therapist & Mindfulness Teacher, Jim is a Lecturer at University of Birmingham, Supervisor, Trainer in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), podcast show-host of Self-Help Sat-Nav and online course creator.
