Who are Openforwards CBT & Counselling?

Since 2005, our founder and CBT therapist, Jim Lucas , has been giving people therapy to teach them ways of overcoming their difficulties with relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and loss.  And now, we have a team of skilled Clinical Psychologists, CBT Therapists & Counsellors to help you find peace of mind.
