Break outside your Comfort zone using 5 Minute Breakouts

Does your fear stop you from taking risks?  Do you stay inside your comfort zone so you can feel comfortable?

Whilst your comfort zone can seem cosy, you need to be careful of the shadows. When you stay inside your comfort zone for too long, you stop growing. You stop connecting with people and tuning into them. You stop learning.

Today I am joined by a very special guest.  She is co-author of Mindfulness and Acceptance for Gender and Sexual Minorities.  For the last 12 months she has been producing 5 Minute Breakout Videos for Youtube, where she and her partner Trish step outside of their comfort zones.  Here they aim to model the courage, love and awareness that is needed to expand your horizons in ways that make a personal difference.

My guest is Aisling Curtin. Aisling is a Counselling Psychologist working in Ireland Health Service and in her own business ACT Now Purposeful Living.
