#10 Finding ways to connect with your loved one when they have a terminal illness

The Little ACT Workbook

Finding ways to connect with your loved one when they have a terminal illness

Love comes at a price…you fear that one day you might lose them. And, then life takes a dramatic turn. You discover that the person you care about more than anyone else has a terminal illness.

What do you do?  How do you cope?

In this interview, Dr Michael Sinclair tells me about the story of how he helped someone cope with this devastating news.

Michael is a Psychologist at City Psychology Group in London. He is author of many books including the The Little ACT Workbook, which is co-authored with Dr Matthew Beadman.

The Little ACT Workbook is An Introduction to Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

One of the clearest and best-written presentations of ACT I’ve seen. Highly recommended

Steven C. Hayes, co-developer of ACT and author of Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life
