Have you ever struggled to do what seems important? Do you lose sight of who you love and what they need from you?
Of course you have and so have I. In this episode I interviewed trainer and master practitioner Benji Schoendorff. Benji is co-author of The Essential Guide to the ACT Matrix…a step by step guide to using the ACT Matrix in Clinical Practice.
I spoke with Benji about the ACT Matrix, which is, in part, a tool to help you and me (and everyone) notice the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that show up and get in the way of what is important. The Matrix also makes visible exactly what you want from life and what you need to do in order to get there. Actually, getting there is on-going. The skill is to keep noticing so that you can make choices every day and in each moment to help you recognise what you are doing and the impact it is likely to have.
