Simplify the way you deliver evidence-based psychotherapies with Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Cognitive Behaviour Therapies (CBT)
Training & Supervision in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a modern behavioural approach that uses creative methods to help you and your clients improve their lives. Our training is underpinned by a curiosity of what works and what doesn’t. We use Contextual behavioural science as a framework, because it draws on core behavioural processes including evolutionary, neurological, cognitive, behavioural and emotion-focused principles.
