Build your skills with Training & Supervision in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Cognitive Behaviour Therapies (CBT)
New Psychology-Focused Training and Supervision not only helps you to be a better therapist, it keeps your work interesting. Working in the same ways can lead to boredom and outdated practice. Our aim is to teach you contemporary scientifically-driven psychological approaches like ACT & CBT that expand your skills-set and choice of interventions.
How we can help
We’ll teach you a modern behavioural approach that uses creative methods to help you and your clients improve their lives . Our training is underpinned by a curiosity of what works and what doesn’t. Contextual behavioural science provides the framework, because it draws on core behavioural processes including evolutionary, neurological, cognitive, behavioural and emotion-focused principles.
